Guidelines
SPLIT CRE is a private forum for licensed commercial real estate (CRE) brokers.
- Brokers only. An active license is the point of the room. Lurkers are not.
- Professional standard. Write the way you would to another broker on a deal.
- No spam and no solicitation abuse. One honest question is a conversation. A lead list is not.
- Off-market stays in the room. Do not forward a thread.
- Client names and confidential numbers stay out of the feed.
- Access is by invitation and can be withdrawn.
These are house rules for the room. They are not a complete code of conduct.
Privacy
This site does not run accounts, analytics, or a database. Choosing a theme stores the word light or dark in this browser only.
Request access opens your email program to matthew@sr-cre.com. The form is not submitted to SPLIT CRE and this page does not keep what you typed.
